FAQ
What to Bring
Can I bring my dog?
No. Animals are not allowed on the festival site. This is the better solution for your four-legged friends and for all festival guests. Please leave your loved ones at home and save yourself and us the disappointment of being turned away at the entrance.
Can I bring confetti?
Please don't. Even though confetti looks beautiful for a brief moment, we often find the little pieces scattered around the site for days afterwards. Plastic and glitter confetti in particular have no place here. Thank you for leaving it at home!
Can I barbecue?
No. Due to the high risk of wildfires, barbecuing is not permitted anywhere on the site. It's simply too dry around Olganitz. During the festival, our food stalls offer a variety of dishes, from meat to vegetarian and vegan options.
Can I bring sound systems?
No. Personal sound systems are not allowed in the camping areas. We've already prepared enough music for you
On Site
Can I pay by card?
As a general rule, you cannot pay with a card or other electronic payment methods at NACHTI. The merch stand is an exception: you can pay by card there.
If you run out of cash, you can withdraw money using a debit or credit card at the entrance counter and at the merch stand.
Where can I get cash?
You can withdraw cash using a debit or credit card at the entrance counter and at the merch stand.
Is there a supermarket?
The nearest larger supermarkets are in Dahlen, Oschatz and Belgern. For the little things you might need during the festival, there is a mini shop at our Insel des Glücks.
Where can I find Lost & Found?
Our cash desk at the entrance also serves as our lost and found office and is staffed around the clock. Lost hearts, however, will unfortunately have to be searched for elsewhere.
If you're still missing something after the festival, email us at lost(at)nachtdigital.de and describe as precisely as possible what you lost. We'll do our best to track down your belongings.
Weather
What happens in the event of a thunderstorm?
In the event of a thunderstorm: get out of the water and seek shelter as quickly as possible. A closed car offers the best protection against lightning strikes. Tents, shelters and decorative structures are not safe alternatives. The main building is also not available as a shelter during severe weather.
Please follow the instructions of our team and avoid trees, elevated areas and metal structures. If you cannot reach a sheltered place, crouch down, keep your feet together and make yourself as small as possible.
Can I go swimming?
Yes, you can use the lake to cool off during the day. Swimming is at your own risk – there are no lifeguards on site.
Swimming is not permitted at night. Please look out for one another and stay out of the water if you've already had too much to drink or have consumed other substances.
