Nikae is a resident of Hamburg’s Golden Pudel club where she was organising Monday night concerts and events for many years. As you can imagine, Mondays are the hardest nights to program but Nikae used it to present some of the bravest and most experimental sounds there are. Her approach to music is coloured by an interest to explore sounds in a very free and open and yet often also conceptual way. This also shines through in her productions and live performances (as Nika Son) as well as her DJ sets.
