Detlef Weinrich has a long history in music: 1994 saw the debut of his band Kreidler, followed by a dozen albums over the span of the next two decades. Recent years have seen him dedicate more time to his solo efforts as Tolouse Low Trax – with releases on various labels (Karaoke Kalk, Kunstkopf, Themes For Great Cities). He also runs and djs regularly at his infamous Salon des Amateurs – a museum cafe at daytime that turns into a bar/club at night.
